Jim is the only area auctioneer licensed as both an Auctioneer and Real Estate Broker with the CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute) and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designations.

We specialize in estate liquidations, real estate auctions, downsizing situations, and benefit auctions of just about any size.  No sale is too big or too small.

American Auction is a full-service company. When you hire us we will not only market your personal and real property, but we also offer clean-up, set-up, shipping, maintenance and everything that needs to be done to handle your moving or estate situation and it will all be done to your satisfaction.
